Order info

Here you should find all you need to know about our order process. If you have a tic account you can check specific order information in your ‘My account’ section. Should you require any other information about your order please send us a mail to: [email protected]. Please include, where relevant your order reference number.

How long will my order take?
As all our cycling caps are handmade for you, it may take a little time to make your order. During busy times it can take up to two weeks before your cycling cap is ready for dispatch.

Of course do let us know if you require it sooner and we will do our very best to meet your timeframe. If you are a registered customer you can check your order status in your account.

We aim to dispatch socks and jerseys within 1 to 3 working days, stock availability allowing.

Order confirmation
Once an order has been placed and payment has been received, you will receive a confirmation email. We will also send you status and dispatch notification emails to keep you up to date with your order progress. If you do not receive email notifications please do check your spam folder before contacting us. Some mail settings filter emails it considers to be possible spam communication away from your inbox.

Order changes
To amend or cancel an online order please contact us providing us with your order reference number. In the case of a product no longer being available, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue you a full refund.

 

 

 

Returns

If you are unhappy with your product you can return it within 14 days for an exchange or refund. Items need to be in an unused condition, all clothing must be returned unworn and unwashed. Any refunds, if applicable, will be made to the card used to purchase the original item.

To exchange or receive a refund please contact us. We will require the following information to help us trace your order. Please include your name, order reference number, date the order was posted and the original shipping address.

Please not that we are unable to refund the shipping fee, unless the item was faulty. For international returns, please mark your package as ‘returned under warranty’, this is to avoid unnecessary custom charges. Please note that tic will not be able to pay any custom charges on international returns.
